Responsibilities
- Responsible for the SAP project implementation being focused on specific tasks in SAP SD area within the delivery cycle of a project. Tasks may include gap analysis, performing systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, business testing and system validation technical support, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, providing trainings to the supporting organizations and contribution to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.
- Complies with the customer SAP SD configuration standards, recommendations, version control principles, naming conventions, transports management, etc.
- Works under supervision of the project manager or technical leader and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Acts professionally with HP customers. Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.
- Understands HP’s strategy. Is aware of knowledge tools and their application.
- Participates in chosen technical community or profession, and regularly attends profession or community of interest events.
Education and Experience
Required
- University technical education.
- 2-3 years of SAP SD implementation experience.
- FMCG SAP SD specifics knowledge is highly welcomed.
- SAP SD courses/certificates is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Has sufficient technical knowledge in SAP SD area to complete specific deliverables.
- Familiar with SAP project implementation methodology.
- Able to communicate concepts with team and to peers.
- Able to produce basic documentation in line with the predefined customer standards.
- Able to fluently communication in reading, writing, speaking English.
- Able to travel.
- Quick learner. Positively adjusts to the changing environment.
- Knowledge of CMMi is an advantage.
