The Sr. Specialist of BOM provides overall leadership and direction to this section.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to (please avoid the use of acronyms without definition):

• Create a diverse, high performance team that understand and exceeds user expectations. Establish clear objectives for subordinates and project teams that are frequently assessed in regards to meeting user requirements, project progress and budgets compliance
• Manage portfolio of projects and programs. Drive change by understanding and adapting to the cultural environment and developing strategies on how to overcome barriers
• Build up and manage IT Production Planning Section - Planning, Define JOB Description, Establish IT Policy & work procedure, Recruiting qualified staff and ROI Development
• Maintain and stabilize BOM modules in SAP system :
• Respond to SAP BOM production Issues and Research causes of problems
• Proposes and test corrective action with Related team member
• Works with management and end users to effect change
• Tracks progress and closure of issues
• Provides end user training

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Over 3+ years of hands on configuration and support SAP 4.6C BOM in automotive industry (in production, not only development) and 3+ years of IT experiences.
• Over 3+ years of management and IT Team Lead experiences in a comparable volume
• Fluent English

Education:
• BA/BS degree of IT related education (MIS, Computer Science)
